Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 1/1/2024 By booking our services, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking Process 1.1 Inquiry: submit a booking on our website 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling 2.1 Clients may cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the start time for a full refund. 2.2 Cancellation by Original Studios: In the unlikely event we cancel, a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit, will be provided. 3. Event Details 3.1 Information: Provide all necessary event details at least [number] days before the event. 3.2 Changes: Communicate any changes as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate. 4. Photographer/Videographer Responsibilities 4.1 Arrival: Our photographer/videographer will arrive at the agreed-upon time. 4.2 Conduct: Professional and respectful conduct will be maintained at all times. 4.3 Equipment: We are not responsible for unforeseen technical issues. 5. Client Responsibilities 5.1 Access: Will be provided necessary access to the event location. 5.2 Permissions: Ensure all necessary permissions and consents are obtained. 5.3 Meals: For events longer than [number] hours, provide a meal for our photographer/videographer if applicable 6. Delivery of Photos/Videos 6.1 Processing Time: Final edited photos/videos will be delivered within 1 weeks after the event. 6.2 Delivery Method: Photos/videos will be delivered digitally. Physical copies are available upon request for an additional fee. 7. Use of Photos/Videos 7.1 Personal Use: You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the photos/videos for personal and professional purposes. You may not resell the assets. 7.2 Commercial Use: Commercial use is not permitted without our written permission. 7.3 Credit: Please credit Original Studios when sharing photos/videos on social media or other platforms. 8. Liability 8.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 8.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures. 9.
